In Conversation with Barbara Krasner
Several weeks ago, I had the privilege of having a conversation with a new friend, Barbara Krasner. Barbara was one of the authors attending the ALAN Workshop for the first time. I was lucky to met her and arrange a time to chat with her.
As Wordsworth once said, The World is Too Much with Us. I have had a variety of things show up in my life and I have been a bit slow getting this conversation prepared.
The bulk of our conversation focuses on Barbara's most recent book, Facing the Enemy: How a Nazi Youth Camp in America Tested a Friendship. This wonderful book is written in verse and can certainly be seen as a cautionary tale as we look at our own political reality. Take a minute to click on the cover and get a copy of this book.
