I have admired the energy and productivity of Jennifer Anne Moses. Quite a few years ago a great friend to Young Adult Literature and the ALAN community, M. Jerry Weiss sent me a book by way of an introduction to the work of Jennifer Anne Moses. The book, The Art of Dumpster Diving has been one of my favorite books. In part, because it is set in Baton Rouge and in part, because it is a fantastic depiction of teens struggling with poverty.
